You’re still our customer, right? That means you can still use the Gajillion Percent Promise. When it comes to returns and exchanges, the only difference is that you’ll need to front the cost of returning your contacts. This is due to weird shipping procedures. But please send us your shipping receipt and we’ll credit your account with the cost of shipping, so it’s still free to you in the end. All lenses and boxes must be unopened
- The boxes can’t be damaged or marked (think stickers, pen, markers, etc.)
- The lenses must be at least 1 year from expiration
- We have to carry the brand you want to send back
