Frequently asked questions
Yes, the brand is part of the prescription, so you’ll need to order the brand your doctor prescribed. If you’re interested in trying a new brand, you can talk to your eye care provider or take our 10-minute online vision exam where a board-certified ophthalmologist can issue multiple prescriptions for you to try.
Your prescription details can be found on the side of your contact lens box. If you don’t have your box, we’re happy to contact your eye care provider to get a copy of your prescription for you.
You can if you want to. It will help us ship your order faster, but it’s not required. There are lots of ways! Pick your favorite: text a pic of your prescription to 41800, upload it, enter the info manually during checkout, or we can contact your eye doctor for you (which may take up to one business day).
